TCI announces Tiffany Downing as our newest Customer Service Representative. Tiffany was previously hired to fill a temporary position in the TCI accounting department assisting with Tax Certificates during our new ERP system launch. After excelling in that role and with her prior work experience, we felt a position in Customer Service would be a natural fit for Tiffany.
Molly Sellars, TCI’s Customer Service Manager, stated: “We are excited to have Tiffany join our team. She brings an outgoing personality and willingness to go the extra mile to take care of customer’s needs.”
Before TCI, Tiffany was an Office Manager for 10 years with Smith Hawks, PL Law Firm in Key West, FL. In this position she had numerous responsibilities such as customer service, billing and invoicing, collections, and even occasionally I.T. This position enhanced her patience with customers, and ability to deal with stressful situations. This experience combined with her charisma and time management skills made her well suited for TCI’s Customer Service position.
